Refund Policy
We want you to love your fragrance. Due to the nature of perfume and personal care products, we have the following return policy:
Unopened Products We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging intact.
Opened Products For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrances. Once a bottle has been opened or sprayed, it cannot be resold.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@matthewchangperfumes.com with a photo of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong product, please contact us and we will make it right immediately.
How to Start a Return Email us at contact@matthewchangperfumes.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address (Nevada, USA).
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
