Where We Ship We ship to the contiguous United States (lower 49 states) only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. territories

Delivery Time Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days from the date your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Warehouse Location All orders ship from our warehouse in Nevada, USA.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages matthew chang perfumes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
