I loved the Essayist, It’s such a warm, comforting and effortlessly chic fragrance. I will definitely be purchasing again once i’m done with the bottle which will most likely be soon lol!

This was a total sleeper hit for me. When I first tested it on skin I was not sure about it, but it’s totally snuck up on me and now I love it. It’s airy, woodsy, and restful. It’s a clean not perfumey perfume. It’s more of an atmospheric scent. You get the hay and tea while the musk carries a soft cedar cloud around you. There’s no sweetness. It’s dry but comforting, like smell the end of summer through an open window. You have to love woodsy skin scents to love this one. Plus the bottle is absolutely adorable.
